Actichem Fire Restore Smoke and Soot Remover is a professional-grade restoration cleaner designed to remove smoke residue, soot films, carbon deposits, and fire contamination from hard surfaces. It supports effective post-fire cleaning and restoration in commercial and industrial environments.

🔥 Actichem Fire Restore

🧽 Professional Fire & Soot Restoration Cleaner for Hard, Resilient Surfaces

When buildings and facilities are affected by fire and smoke, soot and smoke residues can penetrate into porous and semi-porous surfaces, creating difficult oily deposits that ordinary cleaners may struggle to remove. Actichem Fire Restore is a professional fire-restoration cleaning solution formulated specifically to tackle these challenging residues on hard, resilient surfaces.

Its specialised chemistry is designed to penetrate deep into affected materials and release oily soot, smoke deposits, carbon and fire-related residues, helping restoration professionals clean large affected areas more efficiently. It can also assist with general grease and oil removal from suitable hard surfaces.

🧯 What This Product Does

Fire Restore is designed to break down and remove stubborn soot and smoke contamination left behind after fires, particularly where synthetic materials such as plastics, paint and rubber have burned and deposited oily smoke residues.

The formulation penetrates porous and semi-porous resilient surfaces to help release embedded contamination. Effective removal of soot and smoke residues is also an important part of controlling associated fire-related odours.

💧 Recommended Dilution

For standard fire-restoration cleaning, Actichem recommends 50–100 mL per litre of water, equivalent to approximately 1:20 to 1:10, depending on soil conditions. For heavier contamination, the concentration can be increased to up to 200 mL per litre.

For additional stain removal and odour control, Oxyboost can be added to the diluted Fire Restore solution according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

🧽 How to Use

First remove as much loose soot and smoke contamination as possible using appropriate dry-cleaning or HEPA-vacuuming procedures. Prepare the Fire Restore solution using the required dilution and warm water around 40–60°C where appropriate.

Apply the solution to a manageable area using a sprayer, sponge or scrubber machine. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface. Agitate the affected area and allow approximately 10–15 minutes dwell time, then re-agitate heavily soiled sections and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

✅ Professional Fire-Damage Cleaning

From smoke-damaged walls and concrete floors to masonry, tiles, natural stone and other resilient building surfaces, Actichem Fire Restore provides a specialist solution for demanding restoration work.

Its combination of deep-penetrating cleaning chemistry, soot-release performance and flexible dilution makes it a practical choice for professional restoration teams dealing with extensive fire and smoke contamination.

⚠️ Important Safety Information

Always read the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and product instructions before use. Pre-test surfaces for chemical sensitivity, particularly painted surfaces, soft non-ferrous metals and other potentially sensitive substrates.
