Work in small, controllable areas and allow at least 5 minutes of dwell time, ensuring the solution does not dry on the surface. The softened coating can then be agitated using a low-speed rotary scrubber or auto-scrubber fitted with an appropriate stripping pad.
After agitation, recover the resulting slurry and rinse the floor thoroughly with clean water to remove remaining stripper and coating residues. Allow the floor to dry completely before beginning the next stage of the restoration or refinishing process.
