Unlike a conventional disinfectant, Bac2Work uses naturally occurring, non-pathogenic bacteria to break down organic waste and uric acid salts that provide a food source for odour-producing bacteria.
When Bac2Work comes into contact with suitable organic waste, its beneficial bacteria become active and digest the soilage. This sustained action helps continue cleaning and deodorising while residue remains, addressing the source of unpleasant smells rather than simply covering them with fragrance. Its fresh mint perfume adds a pleasant scent during use.
Bac2Work is designed for toilets, urinals, toilet floors and walls, and other hard, shiny washable surfaces. It can also be used on porcelain toilet bowls, stainless steel fixtures, vitreous enamel baths and basins, shower recesses, ceramic tiles, sinks and troughs. The product is particularly useful in washrooms where odours return despite routine cleaning.
For persistent odours, apply the product neat to the affected area, work it in with a mop or cloth, leave it to activate for five minutes, then remove excess liquid. Do not rinse; allow it to dry slowly so the biological ingredients have time to act. For general floor maintenance, dilute at 1:20. For severe odours, the product data sheet recommends a stronger 1:2 dilution. For sinks and troughs, 50–100 ml may be poured into the outlet pipe at the end of the day.
Store in the original sealed container, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, preferably between 10°C and 30°C. Use diluted solutions within 6–8 hours. The current Safety Data Sheet warns that the concentrate causes serious eye irritation, so appropriate eye or face protection is required.

1. Read the product label and current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
2. For persistent odours, apply AGAR Bac2Work undiluted to the affected surface using a suitable spray bottle or by pouring carefully.
3. Work the product into the soiled area using a mop or cloth.
4. Allow the product to activate for 5 minutes.
5. Wipe away excess liquid without rinsing, then allow the surface to dry slowly so the beneficial bacteria can continue breaking down organic soilage.
6. Repeat the treatment regularly until the odour problem is eliminated.
7. For floor mopping where severe odours are present, dilute the product at the recommended 1:2 ratio.
8. For general floor maintenance, dilute the product at 1:20 with water.
9. For sinks and troughs, pour 50–100 ml directly into the outlet pipe at night or at the end of the working day.
10. For waterless urinals, dilute the product at 1:20 with water according to the product instructions.
11. Prepare diluted solutions as needed and use them within 6–8 hours to help maintain product effectiveness.
