CLEANING CHEMICALSAGAR Hyperax 5 is a professional 5% peroxyacetic acid sanitiser formulated for demanding food-processing, beverage, agricultural, veterinary and healthcare hygiene applications. Its powerful oxidising chemistry combines peroxyacetic acid and hydrogen peroxide to provide broad antimicrobial action against bacteria, yeasts, moulds and fungi, while also helping attack biofilms that can develop inside pipes and fittings.
Designed for professional sanitation programs, Hyperax 5 is particularly valuable where large processing areas, equipment and food-contact surfaces require effective sanitising after cleaning. AGAR states that correctly prepared solutions are suitable for both direct and indirect food-contact applications, helping reduce contamination and cross-contamination of edible food products.
Hyperax 5 contains an equilibrium mixture of hydrogen peroxide and peroxyacetic acid. This highly reactive oxidising system provides broad germ-killing performance while remaining effective in the presence of hard water. AGAR also notes that the product decomposes into water and acetic acid, supporting its environmental profile.
