How to Use:
1. Always dilute AGAR Once Off with water before applying it to floors.
2. For light-duty cleaning, dilute 1 part product to 120 parts water.
3. For heavy-duty floor cleaning, dilute 1 part product to 60 parts water.
4. For heavily soiled floors and initial cleaning, dilute 1 part product to 10 parts water.
5. Apply the prepared solution liberally to the floor.
6. Scrub using a suitable brush or automatic floor scrubber.
7. For stubborn dirt, a 1:20 solution may be applied and left for at least 10 minutes to help dissolve soil before scrubbing and removing the dirty solution.
8. Pick up the contaminated solution using suitable recovery equipment, then rinse with clean water.
9. When using an autoscrubber, ensure enough solution is applied to dissolve and remove the soil effectively.
10. For regularly maintained porous tiles, use white nylon brushes on the autoscrubber at least three times a week to help keep grout lines clean.
11. If using Once Off daily, scrub with water only once a week to help prevent alkaline residue accumulation.
