Commercial kitchens, restaurants, food production facilities, abattoirs and catering operations frequently accumulate cooking fats, oils, carbon deposits and food residues on floors, walls, equipment and exhaust systems. These deposits can be difficult to remove with ordinary detergents. Presto is specially formulated to break down fatty and oily soilage, allowing contamination to be rinsed away more easily.
AGAR Presto is suitable for cleaning compatible walls, floors, food-processing equipment, ovens, barbecues, hot plates, stainless steel surfaces, fan exhausts, hoods and ducting. It can also be used in commercial kitchens, butchers’ boning rooms, abattoirs and other food-processing areas.
Its strong degreasing action makes it particularly useful for removing accumulated organic fats, oily residues and baked-on food deposits that develop during regular cooking and production activities.
Important: Presto is strongly alkaline and is not suitable for aluminium unless diluted to below 1:100 with water. Surfaces that contact food must be rinsed thoroughly with potable water after cleaning.
Presto supports manual cleaning and foam-gun application. For foam-gun cleaning, cover or remove food from the area, apply the foam and allow it to react for approximately five minutes before rinsing away loosened contamination.

1. Remove or cover all food and food packaging from the cleaning area.
2. Select the appropriate dilution according to the level of contamination.
3. For light-duty cleaning, dilute 1 part product to 80–120 parts water.
4. For heavy-duty cleaning, dilute 1 part product to 40 parts water.
5. For spray-and-wipe cleaning, dilute 1 part product to 10 parts water.
6. For intensive degreasing, use a dilution ranging from 1 part product to 5 parts water through to neat product, as required by the task.
7. Apply the prepared solution using a suitable mop, sponge, brush or cleaning equipment.
8. Allow sufficient contact time for the product to loosen the soil, then scrub if necessary.
9. For foam-gun application, add neat product to the foam-gun bottle, apply the foam and allow it to react for approximately 5 minutes before rinsing away loosened fats and residues.
10. Rinse surfaces that contact food thoroughly with potable water after cleaning.
11. Do not use on aluminium unless diluted below 1:100 with water. Follow the product label for surface compatibility.Use one part AGAR Presto to forty parts water for heavy grease buildup on floors. For regular cleaning, a lighter dilution of one part to eighty parts water is sufficient.
