AGAR Powerdet Eco is a concentrated, environmentally sensitive detergent developed for cleaning washable surfaces on land and near natural waterways. Its exceptionally low aquatic toxicity makes it particularly suitable for cleaning applications around rivers, coastal areas, ships, jetties and other environmentally sensitive locations.
Powerdet Eco uses biodegradable surfactants to loosen and encapsulate oil, dirt and other soilage, allowing contaminants to be washed away easily. It helps remove outdoor dirt, food spills, drinks, fats and general traffic grime from a wide variety of surfaces. Its concentrated formulation supports economical cleaning across routine maintenance and demanding outdoor applications.
This versatile cleaner is suitable for floors, walls, brickwork, concrete, paintwork, stone, metal fittings, fibreglass, tiles and other washable surfaces. It is also recommended for alkali-sensitive flooring materials such as timber, terrazzo and marble, making it a useful option for cleaning areas where highly alkaline detergents may be unsuitable. Always follow the flooring manufacturer’s care instructions.
Powerdet Eco is designed for cleaning where environmental impact is an important consideration. Its formulation contains biodegradable surfactants and potassium salts, has no added phosphates and contains no sodium compounds. It is also perfume-free and has very low volatile organic compound (VOC) content. The product is GECA-certified and designed for applications where conventional detergents may pose greater environmental concerns.
Powerdet Eco can be diluted according to the surface, equipment and soil level. It is suitable for mopping, compatible automatic floor scrubbers, outdoor scrubbing and pressure washing. 1. Read the product label and current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
2. Select the dilution according to the cleaning method and level of soilage.
3. For heavy-duty floor mopping, dilute at 1:40 with water.
4. For light-duty floor mopping, dilute at 1:80 with water.
5. For heavy-duty outdoor scrubbing, dilute at 1:25–1:40 with water; use 1:80 for light-duty outdoor scrubbing.
6. For heavy-duty pressure washing, dilute at 1:80 with water; use 1:160 for light-duty pressure washing.
7. For automatic floor scrubbers, follow the Product Data Sheet's tank-specific dosing guidance.
8. Apply using a suitable mop, compatible floor scrubber, outdoor scrubbing equipment or pressure washer.
9. Allow the cleaning solution to loosen the soil, then remove the dirt using the appropriate cleaning method.
10. Vary the concentration according to soilage, equipment and surface requirements, following the manufacturer's instructions.
