AGAR Scrub ‘N’ Shine is a concentrated wash-and-polish detergent designed to clean polished floors while replenishing the hard-wearing polish film gradually removed by daily foot traffic. Its two-in-one action helps maintain a glossy, professional appearance without requiring a separate polish-maintenance step every time the floor is cleaned.
The detergent loosens everyday dirt and surface soil while applying a compatible layer of floor polish. After drying and buffing, the floor develops a deep, glossy finish. Regular use helps maintain the polish film, reducing the frequency of full stripping operations and supporting a practical floor-care program in busy facilities.
Scrub ‘N’ Shine is suitable for polished vinyl, timber, terrazzo, quarry tiles and ceramic tiles. AGAR also notes that unsealed floors such as sheet vinyl, Tarkett and rubber can look better and become easier to clean with regular use. Always check floor-care requirements and test an inconspicuous area before starting a new maintenance routine.
Its low-foaming formula supports autoscrubbing and damp mopping, while the product can also be used for spray-buffing. It is designed for ultra-high-speed buffers and machines operating at 440–1000 rpm. For autoscrubbing, dilute 1 part product in 80–100 parts water. For damp mopping, use 1 part in 40–80 parts water. For spray-buffing, dilute 1 part in 15–50 parts water. Select the stronger dilution for heavier soilage, and follow the product data sheet.

How to Use:
1. Read the current product label and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
2. For automatic floor scrubbing, dilute 1 part Scrub ‘N’ Shine in 80–100 parts water. Use the stronger solution for more heavily soiled floors.
3. Fill a compatible automatic floor scrubber with the prepared solution and clean the floor evenly.
4. Do not rinse after autoscrubbing. Allow the floor to dry completely, then buff to a high shine.
5. For damp mopping, sweep or dust-mop the floor first, then dilute 1 part product in 40–80 parts water.
6. Mop the floor evenly to remove dirt while replenishing the existing polish film. Do not rinse; allow the floor to dry before buffing.
7. For spray-buffing, dilute 1 part product in 15–50 parts water, depending on soilage and the desired shine.
8. Using a suitable hand spray gun, apply a light mist over approximately one square metre of floor.
9. Buff the treated area with a compatible floor machine until dry, then repeat section by section across the entire floor.
10. Finish by dust-mopping to collect dust and dirt remaining along the edges.
11. Use only with compatible floor finishes and follow the flooring manufacturer's care instructions.
