The Ultra Extra Heavy Duty option is designed for heavier-weight operations and features a strong star seal and 30µm construction. ELKA specifically describes it as suitable for demanding operations in environments such as kitchens, restaurants, clubs, hotels and councils.
The Clear Heavy Duty version provides the benefit of visible waste contents, making it useful where waste identification, separation or inspection is important. It is manufactured from premium virgin HDPE and features a 25µm thickness and star seal.
Both options are manufactured from 100% virgin HDPE/LDPE. ELKA states that virgin material provides strength, durability and improved tear resistance compared with bags made from recycled material, while also offering greater consistency in product quality.
The star-seal design creates a strong base for waste containment and supports reliable handling when bags are filled and removed from the bin. The 30µm Ultra Extra Heavy Duty option provides additional material thickness for more demanding waste loads.
The two variants are supplied in different carton quantities according to their intended use: 200 bags per carton for the Ultra Extra Heavy Duty version and 250 bags per carton for the Clear Heavy Duty version.
