Instagloss can be applied as a single-step finish on most suitable surfaces, reducing the need for a separate base sealer in many applications. Actichem recommends applying 3–5 thin coats, depending on floor porosity and expected traffic. Where Instaseal is used as the base coat, 2–3 coats of Instagloss are recommended. Each coat should be allowed to dry for approximately 30–40 minutes, with at least 12 hours before normal floor use.
For ongoing maintenance, Actichem recommends ProNeutro neutral cleaner together with regular buffing using Instabuff or Instabuff Super and a suitable floor pad. This allows the finish to be maintained and its gloss to be restored as part of an ongoing floor-care program.
With its combination of brilliant gloss, durable acrylic polymer protection, scuff and black-heel-mark resistance, repairability and professional maintenance compatibility, Actichem Instagloss is designed for facilities where both floor appearance and long-term maintenance performance matter.
For professional cleaners, facility managers and commercial maintenance teams, Instagloss provides a reliable high-gloss floor-finishing solution for maintaining attractive, durable and professionally presented flooring in busy environments.
